Have you seen the Dollar Shop at the front of your local Walmart? I've heard for a few years that select Walmart stores had these $1 sections, but my store didn't ever have one (or at least I could never find it!). But my store recently underwent some renovations to make room for all of the self-checkout kiosks… and I finally ran into Walmart's version of the Target Dollar Spot!
