I have been using a propane grill and an electric smoker for years and decided it was time for a change and got this Cuisinart wood pellet grill and smoker.
The box was very heavy and out of the box, everything is very well made and top quality. It took me a little less than an hour to build the smoker thanks to the straightforward instructions.
What I love most about this pellet smoker is the automated pellets feeder. All I have to do is put the meat on, add the probes, set the temperature and let the Cuisinart do its magic. The first meal we did was some baby back ribs and they came out delicious. Cleaning the smoker after cooking was quite easy as I did not have to deal with any burners or flavor bars. All I had to do is clean the grates, the drip shield and the main body and the grease bucket.
All in all, I am very pleased with my new Cuisinart smoker and it goes without saying that it gets a perfect rating from me.
